- Best available room: when you book direct we will offer the best room option within the category booked based on room availability on day of arrival.
- Best price guarantee: Your original reservation must have been through www.macdonaldhotels.co.uk, the lower rate must be found, and the claim made within 24 hours of the original booking being made and only applies to publicly available rates, which can be seen and booked without any kind of restriction or membership requirement. - +1hr late checkout: May be subject to availability at property and withdrawn without notice.
- Free parking: Number of spaces available varies by property. Not available at Bath Spa, New Blossoms, Old England or Macdonald Windsor. At Alveston Manor and The Compleat Angler we offer a 20% discount on our parking charges. At The Burlington we have no on-site parking available but do offer a discount with a local partner, please ask at reception for details. At The Bear, please note that whilst we offer free parking, space is limited and on a first come basis.
