More Recognition For Award Winning Service

Following on from our 4 Tripadvisor Hall of Fame awards in 2018, we're delighted to received even more wonderful accolades for our guest service this week.

Our partners at Booking.com have given us a Guest Service Award 2018 for eight of our holiday resorts across the UK and Spain. The awards program is Booking.com’s annual appreciation program that recognises accommodation providers for their excellent hospitality according to review scores left by guests after their stay. The score is based on all the reviews published on the website 24 months before November 1, 2018

We thank everyone for leaving such positive feedback on our guest service over the past year and look forward to delivering even more award winning service to our guests for more years to come.
