Dyfi Distillery

The Dyfi Distillery was opened in 2016 by the Cameron brothers, whose business has been a labour of love - inspired by the environment which provides the perfect resources for their gin. Their commitment to sustainability led them to start small batch, small still production, developing precision distilling whilst incorporating traditional crafts as well as trying new methods, which ultimately led to the creation of their bespoke still.

The Dyfi Distillery gin is now world-renowned and award winning, but this remains a small family business that contributes to the local community and is well worth a visit, especially at under 20 minutes’ drive from the resort and literally around the corner from Corris Mine Explorers.

Although they don't offer formal distillery tours, visitors are welcome to drop in for a chat, check out the history, or observe the process from the glass-windowed cellar door shop. Check out their website for opening days and times – generally Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm, but there are periods of seasonal closure.
