AFTERNOON TEA IN AVIEMORE

Afternoon tea is a British tradition that goes back to the early 19th century. The 7th Duchess of Bedford conceived the idea of having tea at around 4 o'clock in the afternoon to ward off the hunger pangs between lunch and dinner, the custom caught on and afternoon tea was born.
